Yes, the service request can be canceled in full after payment, provided it is 10 days before the date of the event with full refund.
Pre-payment: The entire application can be modified.
After payment: The date and location of the event can be changed within 48 hours before the event, with an additional fee of 300 riyals.
A service fee of 300 riyals (non-rejected) will be applied to any modification after payment and in the event of non-appearance, modification of the date of the event (free of charge)
The first case: Cancellation of the request before the day of the event for 10 days and this case will restore the full amount
The second case: Cancellation of the request in the period from 5 days to 10 days before the date of the event and in this case, a 20% discount on the service fee of the total amount and the refund of the remaining amount with the possibility of changing the date of the event with a fee of 300 riyals (not rejected).
The third case: Cancellation is not accepted before the date of the event for 5 days or less with the possibility of changing the date of the event with the addition of 300 riyals (not rejected).
If the client or his representative does not attend, or does not coordinate with the photographer and photography partners, and does not take any prior release 48 hours before the date of the event, he is not entitled to the claim and the full amount is not rejected.
Al-Khiyar Al-Awwal: You are entitled to a refund of the full amount, unless the custom of modification is present, and the custom of modification before the day of the event is not rejected.
Al-Khiyar Al-Thani: Modification of the history of Hadith (free) and re-registration of the request without customs modification
